Heart Rate
A log of where my heart rate has been during my runs. I haven't logged it on the bike yet, but will start.
Sept 17 - 57:20/7.39kms/169bpm (avge)
Sept 20 - 38:01/4.93kms/160bpm
Oct 1 - 1:16:59/10.31kms/139 bpm (I must have walked a lot)
Oct 15 - 1:44:52/12.57kms/161bpm
Oct 19 - 33:54/4.00kms/155bpm
Oct 25 - 38:23/4.93kms/161bpm
Oct 29 - 1:33:43/11.44kms/162bpm
This isn't all of my runs, but the ones I wore the hrm for.
Training for the last couple of weeks has been - 2 runs a week (a short run for about 5km and a longer run 10-12kms), and 1 bike ride of 30-40 mins on the trainer.

u r an inspiration kerry..i'm currently on the 3 day a week plan..i plan on running 3 days a week....not necessarily actually running, just planning to!
